On today's edition of Current Sports with Al Martin we start the show by addressing former Michigan State football player Malik McDowell's latest run-in with the law. McDowell is shown on camera during an altercation in February with police in metro Detroit in which he was tasered and reached for a police officer's gun. Later, Al talks baseball and the excitement of last night's homerun derby. Also, in light of former Detroit Tigers pitcher Justin Verlander claiming that baseballs in the MLB are "juiced," is more offense good for today's game?
