New East Lansing Police Chief Says He Started Preparing for His New Job "30-Years Ago"

East Lansing will swear-in its new police chief Larry Sparkes on August 25. He is a 30-year veteran of the force who has also held high-level positions in his hometown of Laingsburg in Shiawassee county.  He talked with WKAR's Reginald Hardwick about his new and old jobs.
