Lansing leaders say they found a number of issues during their inspections of two public housing properties.

The problems were discovered at the Lansing Housing Commission’s LaRoy Froh and South Washington Park complexes.

Lansing Mayor Andy Schor says he expects "rapid compliance" to bring the properties up to code.

In June, a fire killed a woman and her son inside the LaRoy Froh Housing Complex. That resulted in promt inspections of 834 housing units in Lansing.
