Temps Cold, Spirit Warm for Inaugural Lansing Marathon

About 1800 runners braved blustery conditions Sunday for what  organizers call the first ever Lansing Marathon.The event also included a half-marathon, a 5 kilometer course and options for relay teams.  WKAR’s Mark Bashore was on hand in downtown Lansing for the start and the finish.  He also visited other sections of the 26 mile course in Lansing and Aleidon Township, and turns in this audio postcard.
