Month in Review: MI Trump fallout, School Reform Office uncertainty

A Presidential candidate visited Lansing in August. Current State looks back at the impact of the Trump visit on our Month in Review segment, and anticipate his Detroit appearance this weekend, with capitol reporters Tim Skubick and Emily Lawler. We also review the chance of Michigan school closures by the state’s School Reform Office.

The end of the month means a quick look back at Michigan’s top news stories in state government and politics.

To help us drive that discussion, Current State talks with Tim Skubick, veteran capitol correspondent and host of "Off The Record" on Michigan Public Television, and Emily Lawler of Mlive.
