UPDATED Wednesday at 2:00 a.m.: results for the East Lansing income tax/property tax reduction proposal; Ingham county Justice millage (new jail, Sheriff’s offices, court facilities); Capital Area District Library Ballot Proposal. 

Ingham County Justice Millage - updated: 2:00 (114/118 precincts reported)

The millage proposal would fund a $70 million justice complex in Mason to update outdated county facilities and bring together the district court, sheriff’s office and jail.

The measure would impose an income tax rate at 1% for East Lansing residents and 0.5% for non-residents who work in the city.
