The Coffeehouse at All Saints invites musicians, writers, community

Peter Whorf/WKAR

Every third Friday of the month from September to May, singers, guitarists, fiddlers, poets and writers gather at East Lansing’s All Saints Episcopal Church for an evening of words, music and fellowship. The Coffeehouse at All Saints is a showcase for a wide range of Mid-Michigan talent.

It’s the creation of East Lansing’s Steve Findley, himself a guitarist and singer. Dimondale singer and guitarist Jim Jersey also joined Current State to talk about the events. Findley learned four-part harmony from his sixth grade math teacher in Chicago.
