'Medora,' captures small town struggles through basketball

http://youtu.be/jwhFL7oMbbY

Thursday evening, WKAR’s Community Cinema event will feature a preview of the film “Medora.” The documentary tells the story of a struggling Indiana basketball team.  Emanuele Berry spoke with Davy Rothbart, one of the film's co-producers, and Dylan McSoley, a former Medora High School basketball player who is featured in the film.

After reading about a 0-22 high school basketball team in southern Indian, filmmakers and Ann Arbor natives, Davy Rothbart and Andrew Cohn, decided to drive to the tiny town of Medora and dig deeper into the struggles of the community on and off the court.
