'Fried Walleye, Cherry Pie': A guide to Midwestern cuisine

But a new book is trying to change the way people understand Midwestern food culture.Current State’s Emanuele Berry spoke with Peggy Wolff, editor of the book  "Fried Walleye and Cherry Pie."

Wolff says the midwest is underappreciated, underrepresented, and gets a bad rap.
