News Wrap: FAA issues ground stops at major airports

In our news wrap Monday, the FAA issued ground stops at a handful of major airports on the East Coast due to an equipment failure, Paramount settled antitrust concerns with a dozen states over its buyout of Warner Bros. Discovery and a Venezuelan man who was shot by an ICE officer in Austin is being held at a detention center with a bullet still lodged in his back.
