News Wrap: Two-star U.S. general killed in Afghan attack

In our news wrap Tuesday, a two-star American general was shot and killed at a British military base when a man in an Afghan army uniform opened fire on foreign troops. Gwen Ifill learns more from Sean Carberry of NPR from Kabul. Also, the UN Refugee Agency reported that 730,000 Ukrainians have fled their country into Russia to escape fighting.
