Carolina Panthers, Detroit Lions, Jim Caldwell, MSU Men's Basketball, Steve Finamore, MSU Men's Basketball 2000 Championship Team, Serena Williams and Weekend Winners.

Welcome back from the action-packed weekend. First, Al and Isaac tell the stories of two NFL franchises whose paths could not be more divergent. The Panthers remained undefeated over the weekend and Cam Newton continues to solidify himself as the clear-cut NFL MVP. Meanwhile, the Detroit Lions dropped their second game in a row that they had a chance to win. Al and Isaac question whether Jim Caldwell is the problem. Then, the win over Florida was great for Michigan State men's basketball, but so were the memories of the 2000 national championship team. Steve Finamore, coach of the East Lansing high school basketball team and team assistant for the 2000 Michigan State championship team, joins the show to describe his experience as a part of the program. Finally, like every Monday on Current Sports, the show rolls out with 'Weekend Winners.'
