MSU College of Music conductor Kevin Noe leads his MSU Symphony and choruses in three masterpieces this weekend.

This Saturday night at the Wharton Center, the MSU Symphony performs three masterworks of the 20th century: "Sensemaya"  by Silvestre Revueltas, "La Damoiselle Elue" by Claude Debussy and Igor Stravinsky’s "Symphony of Psalms."

All three works draw their inspiration from other art forms: poetry, painting and Biblical texts.

Current State's Peter Whorf talks with MSU Symphony conductor Kevin Noe about the program.
