Ahead of tonight's Pop-Up Stories event in East Lansing, we have a story from last month's event from Esperanza Rubio Torres.

It’s time for another Pop-Up Story from our last event at Allen Marketplace. The theme was “Putting Down Roots.” We heard from storyteller Esperanza Rubio Torres. She tells the story of her family’s roots, and how she has come to feel at home in more than one place.

Our next Pop-Up Stories event is tonight at 7 p.m., weather permitting, at Valley Court Park in East Lansing. Our theme is “The Call of the Wild.”
