I am thrilled to share that WKAR has been named Michigan Public Television Station of the Year for 2020 by the Michigan Association of Broadcasters. WKAR Radio also received multiple awards recognizing WKAR News and 90.5 Classical. In addition to the top honor, WKAR, collectively, also won nine Best in category and six Merit awards.We are honored to have been recognized by our peers and grateful to you, our partners, for making this achievement possible through your support of WKAR. This year in particular, we aspired to be your trusted friend and companion, and you sustained our efforts with your many calls, emails and encouraging comments. We thank you, and share this honor with you.
