Matt Costello Shines Bright at Breslin

MSU Men's Basketball Senior Forward Matt Costello.

The No.11 Michigan State men's basketball team were able to pull away late at home against Maryland to win 74-65, ending a three-game skid.

Bryn Forbes scored 25 points and Denzel Valentine had 19 points and 14 rebounds, but it was the play of Matt Costello down the stretch that proved to seal the deal for the Spartans. Costello filled the stat sheet with 15 points, 12 rebounds, three blocks, and two steals. WKAR's Al Martin reports from the Breslin Center on how Costello provided MSU with exactly what they needed, toughness and grit.
