Michigan football coach Jim Harbaugh has called out Michigan State coach Mark Dantonio via Twitter today.
"Saw Coach D comments on continuing to "focus" on how "he" can beat Michigan. Congrats on turning around a 3-9 team, plagued with off field issues," Harbaugh wrote. "Good for BIG to have him back."
The Wolverines were chosen over the Spartans to head to the Outback Bowl on New Year's Day, despite the fact that Michigan lost the head-to-head matchup in October and had one less win than MSU. Dantonio is 2-1 against Harbaugh.
When asked about whether he felt disappointed in the Outback Bowl selection of Michigan Dantonio said "You know, the records are what they are. I'll just continue to concentrate on beating Michigan and things will sort of sort out."
