Michigan State University president Lou Anna K. Simon will deliver her annual State of the University address later today at the Wharton Center.
President Simon says her address will highlight many of the university's achievements since 2005, a time she refers to as a "perfect storm" for higher education funding.
She says as MSU adapts to a "new normal," the numbers are improving.
