At GR’s Kent Philharmonic, an ‘organic’ world premiere

We’ll head to Grand Rapids to visit a community-based orchestra, who’ll be performing a world premiere tomorrow night. Current State’s Jamie Paisley speaks with the Music Director of the Kent Philharmonic and the Florida-based composer of that world premiere: Trilogy for Organ & Orchestra.
Friday night in Grand Rapids, the Kent Philharmonic will have a one-night only benefit concert at the cathedral of St. Andrews in downtown Grand Rapids. Current State’s Jamie Paisley visited with Kent Philharmonic’s music director Dr. Libor Ondas to talk about the concert and the world premiere from composer David Isele, which the orchestra will perform tomorrow night.
