Authorities have officially identified a man and his two children who died following a fire last week in Michigan.

The Flint Journal reports (http://bit.ly/2t39yks ) Michigan State Police say 15-year-old Autumn Larson, 19-year-old Amber Larson and 61-year-old John Harold Larson died in the June 12 fire in Flint.

The children’s mother escaped the early-morning fire. Police have said Dionne Larson was able to jump from the second floor.

State police say investigators believe the fire started in the center of the living room on the first floor. The cause is still undetermined.
