WLNS-TV Lansing (WKAR media partner)
Crash scene in Jackson.

Our media partner WLNS TV reports that the male driver of a car died after colliding with a school bus in Jackson.

The crash happened around noon at the corner of West and Morrell streets.

There were no students on the bus. And the bus driver was not injured.

A woman and two young children inside the car were taken to the hospital but their conditions have not been made public.

Police told WLNS-TV that speed was likely a factor in the crash.
