The North American International Auto Show in Detroit is open to the public through Sunday. Hundreds of thousands of people will converge on the Cobo Center to see the new models of cars, trucks and SUV’s coming from automakers all over the world. WKAR’s Scott Pohl visited this year’s show during press preview days to check out the Lansing-built General Motors vehicles on display. We’ll have several auto show interviews this week.

First, a look at the Buick Enclave, built at the GM Delta Township plant. Scott speaks with Buick Communications Manager Stu Fowle.

Tomorrow, Scott spends some time with Harlan Charles, Chevrolet Product Manager for Camaro and Corvette, to learn more about the Lansing-built Camaro inspired by Hot Wheels toys coming later this year.

Scott Pohl is a general assignment news reporter and produces news features and interviews. He is also an alternate local host on NPR's "Morning Edition."
