Celebration Of Life Planned For Earle Robinson

WKAR-MSU
Earle Robinson was a longtime radio personality for WKAR, Michigan State University's on-campus radio station.

Local sportscaster Jack Ebling joins Al Martin on Current Sports to announce a celebration of life planned for Earle Robinson, longtime radio personality for WKAR's "Sportstalk" on AM 870. Robinson passed away at the age of 71 in May.

The celebration of life for Robinson will take place on Saturday, July 20th, at Reno's East, located on Abbot Road in East Lansing, starting at 11am. That date is a week after, what would've been, Robinson's 72nd birthday. The event will be co-hosted by Ebling and Martin and the public is invited out to share memories of Robinson, celebrating a legendary 39-year career in the Mid-Michigan area.

Al Martin is the host of Beyond the Score, a new series coming to WKAR in the fall of 2024. Al is also sports reporter for WKAR news.
