The most decorated running back in Michigan State football history, Lorenzo White, is headed to the College Football Hall of Fame. White is one of 13 players to receive the honor on his ninth nomination.
White joined Current Sports with Al Martin to talk about how he got the call and who he credits in helping him reach this monumental achievement. White was a two-time All-American (1985, 1987) and holds MSU career rushing records in yards (4,887), touchdowns (43), 100-yard games (23), and attempts (1,082).
This makes 10 former Spartan players to be inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame and the first since Kirk Gibson back in 2017.
