News Wrap: Top UN court orders Israel to end Rafah operation

In our news wrap Friday, the U.N.'s top court ordered Israel to stop military operations in Rafah but did not require a full cease-fire, an American missionary couple was killed by gang members in Haiti, more than 100 people in Papua New Guinea are feared dead after a massive landslide and Defense Secretary Austin is undergoing a medical procedure and will temporarily hand power to his deputy.
