News Wrap: Court rules Congress must ok White House ballroom

In our news wrap Friday, a federal appeals court ruled that President Trump can't continue building his $400 million White House ballroom without congressional approval, Trump is reviving his push to remove Lisa Cook from the Federal Reserve Board of Governors and a student in Thailand shot and killed at least seven people today, including five at his high school, outside of Bangkok.
