Trump's vow of $5,000 payments faces bipartisan criticism

Republicans are back in Dallas Thursday night as they wrap up their unprecedented midterm convention. Night one brought a claim from President Trump of $5,000 payments to Americans if Republicans keep control of Congress. Democratic Sen. John Fetterman also made a surprise video appearance. White House correspondent Liz Landers reports.
