Detroit Tigers President, CEO, and General Manager, Dave Dombrowski, was this year's premiere speaker at the Lansing Regional Chamber Economic Club Luncheon. 

WKAR's Al Martin caught up with Dombrowski to talk about Max Scherzer signing with the Washington Nationals and being on the Detroit Tigers Winter Caravan.
