MSU athlete shares faith and sports in South Africa

EAST LANSING, Mich. - Michigan State lacrosse player Helen Young never thought her life would be transformed by merging her sport with her faith.
 
A recent trip to South Africa, through Athletes in Action, has opened Young's heart and mind to the power of sports and how she can practice her beliefs.
 
Current Sports beat reporter Laurel Young chats with Helen to discuss the life-changing experience and how it continues to live with her back here on campus.
