In Old Town Lansing, the Creole restaurant and Creole Coffee Company have opened on Turner Street.

Old Town Lansing’s freshly opened Creole restaurant has a new neighbor, the Creole Coffee Company. We speak with owner and CEO Sam Short about opening two restaurants at once.

First they opened Zoobies and The Cosmos pizzeria. Now, Lansing’s Potent Potables Project has completed its newest ventures, the Creole Restaurant, which opened about a month ago, as well as The Creole Coffee Company and Cafe, which opened just this week.

Current State’s Jamie Paisley speaks with Sam Short, the CEO and owner of The Creole, to talk about getting The Creole off the ground.
