What a difference a year makes.
Nearly a year removed from an appearance in the MHSAA state finals, the Haslett varsity girls basketball team finished the season at the top of the CAAC Red for the third year in a row. However, their dreams of reaching another state final was dashed in an extremely tough district during the first round of the playoffs.
