Steph Curry as Unanimous MVP, Golden State Warriors, NBA Playoffs, Detroit Tigers, Brad Ausmus, and Eastern Michigan Athletics.

On today's "Current Sports with Al Martin" Steph Curry is not only the league's unanimous MVP, but last night, he set the league record for points in an overtime period. How ridiculous has Curry been this season? Al and engineer Isaac Constans tee off on that, with a caveat, saying that unanimity might have been undeserved. Also, the rest of the NBA is overviewed before breaking off into baseball. The Detroit Tigers losing streak is now at seven, yes seven, games. Al and Isaac try to pinpoint the problem and come to the defense of manager Brad Ausmus. Finally, a story that has been floating around for a while is incorporated into the show; hear how college athletics often cost students big money.
