March Madness; NCAA Tournament; Jim Comparoni; Michigan Men's Basketball; Michigan State Men's Basketball; Weekend Winners.

On today's "Current Sports with Al Martin" it was a great weekend for some and a terrible one for others in Michigan. Al takes you through both sides of emotions, which are only natural when it comes to March Madness. First, hear about the best of the weekend, including the Michigan Wolverines--who with a big upset of No. 2 seed Louisville advance to the Sweet Sixteen. Just a short drive towards the center of the state, however, the mid-Michigan region isn't feeling as hot. Yet, Al takes issue with any fans who are criticizing the Michigan State Spartans for their performance yesterday in falling to No. 1 seed Kansas. Current Sports engineer Isaac Constans weighs in. Jim Comparoni, Spartan Mag publisher and writer, was at the game, and transports the emotions back to East Lansing about what the locker room was like after the deflating loss. Finally, Pewamo-Westphalia girl's basketball is given its due following an incredible, runner-up season at the state level.
