In our news wrap Thursday, D.C. is suing the Trump administration to end its deployment of the National Guard in the city, President Trump’s nominee to fill an open seat on the Federal Reserve Board of Governors said he would not resign his position at the White House if confirmed to the role and Gaza health officials say more than 64,000 people have been killed in the Israel-Hamas war.
