Everett Punches Ticket to the Breslin Center | Current Sports | WKAR

Trevor Manuel had 24 points as the No. 9-ranked Lansing Everett Vikings boy's basketball team posted a 75-52 victory over defending state champion and No. 2 Muskegon in front of a capacity crowd in a Class A quarterfinal at Eastern's Don Johnson Fieldhouse.

Michigan State bound, and Michigan's "Mr. Basketball," Deyonta Davis, was limited to just 12 points for Muskegon.

Lansing Everett will now meet Saginaw Arthur Hill in the Class A state semifinals this Friday at 1pm inside the Breslin Center.

WKAR's Al Martin reports from Don Johnson Fieldhouse at Lansing Eastern High School.
