Big Ten Conference

How bad does sports hurt when its starts fall? Al Martin also invites DeShaun Tate of CBS Radio in Atlanta, Ga. to talk about the Big Ten Tournament and the show closes with "Throwback Thursday."

On today's "Current Sports with Al Martin" we dive into the conversation of sports and its starts. The discussion is sparked due to the weekend loses of Connor McGregor and Holly Holm, two of the biggest starts in UFC. How bad does a sports hurt when its start lose?

Al then invites CBS Radio columnist, producer, and reporter for 92.9FM "The Game" in Atlanta, Ga., DeShaun Tate. He gives us a preview of the Big Ten tournament and talks about his Cinderella teams that could possibly make this year's NCAA tournament come selection Sunday.

The show closes with look as to what happened on this day in sports history with "Throwback Thursday."
