After the United States, China has the second largest art market in the world. A new exhibit at MSU’s Broad Art Museum explores how Chinese women have navigated the contemporary art explosion in their homeland. We speak with Dr. Wang Chunchen, curator of the new Broad exhibit, “Fire Within.”

This weekend, the Broad Art Museum on the MSU campus has a new six-month long exhibit opening. The curator of this eastward-looking and forward-thinking project stopped by WKAR to discuss his vision.

Current State fine arts reporter Jamie Paisley talks with the curator of the "Fire Within" exhibit, Dr. Wang Chunchen.
