What to know about Trump's effort to restrict mail ballots

A federal judge indefinitely extended her order to prevent the Trump administration from implementing new restrictions on mail-in ballots. The Trump plan would require states to use scannable ballot envelopes and to provide the federal government with lists of voters eligible to receive mail ballots. Liz Landers discussed more with David Becker of the Center for Election Innovation and Research.
