Russia - Ukraine Tensions and Domestic Risks

President Biden said he is convinced Russian President Vladimir Putin has decided to invade Ukraine. And U.S. officials are warning as many as 190 thousand Russian troops are gathered in or around Ukraine. This comes as the Russian government expelled a top U.S. embassy official from Moscow. Meanwhile, a Russian invasion of Ukraine could also be felt at home.
