Rodney Lontine is the new CEO of the Flint Institute of Music

The Flint Institute of Music has a new CEO. We speak with Rodney Lontine about his plans for the venerated institution, as well as the Flint Symphony.

Flint, Michigan has a new resident. Rodney Lontine is the recently-appointed CEO of the FIM, the Flint Institute of Music. Under the FIM umbrella, Lontine also runs the Flint Symphony, the Flint School of the Performing Arts, as well as the Flint Youth Theater and Ballet.

Current State’s Jamie Paisley recently spoke with  Lontine during his busy first week heading up the FIM.
