Miles Bridges
Matthew Mitchell/MSU Athletic Communications

Michigan State University; Miles Bridges; Jalen Watts-Jackson; NCAA Tournament; James Edwards III; Detroit Pistons

Miles Bridges has officially declared for the NBA Draft. On this episode of "Current Sports with Al Martin," Al brings engineer Ian Hawley and production assistant Jon Simon into the conversation to give their thoughts on Miles Bridges legacy. Jalen Watts-Jackson has also decided to leave MSU. Spartan fans will remember his name from the mishandled punt that he returned for a touchdown to give MSU the last-second victory over the Michigan Wolverines in Jim Harbaugh's first season. Al, Ian, and Jon debate who's legacy will be looked upon more favorably: Jalen or Miles. James Edwards III, Detroit Pistons beat reporter for The Athletic, joins the show. He talks about the Pistons' remaining schedule, and some standout players from this year's team. So hold your head up, MSU fans, because the heartbreak from Bridges' departure can be soothed by listening to another jam-packed hour of "Current Sports with Al Martin."
