Gas Leak Forces MSU Clinical Center Closure

A gas leak forced the evacuation of the MSU Clinical Center Thursday morning.

UPDATED AT 10:15 a.m.

MSU Police now say the gas leak has been resolved in the area of the Clinical Center's D and E wings. An all clear has been issued allowing people to enter the building.

The MSU Clinical Center has been evacuated and shut down for the day due to a gas leak.

At 9 a.m., the university's alert notification system sent out a message about the leak, saying that the response was being coordinated by the MSU Police Department and East Lansing Fire Department.

After the evacuaation, visitors were being told of the closure and advised to reschedule appointments.
