Daniel Schorr: Bush's North Korea Policy

There were more signs today that North Koreans are preparing to re-start a nuclear reactor. NPR's Daniel Schorr observes that North Korea's actions have prompted a series of diplomatic challenges between Washington and Pyongyang.
