Michigan's primary election is next Tuesday, and this time around there's a new force in state politics that could be an influence on the outcome. Melissa Ingells recently spoke to Bill Ballenger, editor of Inside Michigan Politics, about the impact Michigan's Tea Party movement might have on the primaries.
