Body of missing MSU grad student recovered

By AP

HUNTINGDON, PA –
The body of a missing Michigan State University graduate student has been recovered in a central Pennsylvania lake.

State police Cpl. Tim Cummings says 21-year-old Aaron Riley's body was found Monday morning in Raystown Lake in Huntingdon County. Riley had been reported missing Saturday evening at a Juniata College field station along the lake.

The investigation continues as police await autopsy results.

Investigators had said Riley had a medical condition that can cause him to become disoriented or lose his memory.

A Juniata spokesman says Riley was part of a larger group of students traveling to Washington, D.C., who stopped at the college for a presentation on lake management. The spokesman says Riley was swimming with other students, and was last seen leaving the water alone.
