MSU Men's Basketball; Michigan Men's Basketball; Scott Pohl; eGames; East Lansing Girl's Basketball; Rob Smith

On today's "Current Sports with Al Martin" we recap the MSU men's basketball weekend, which saw the Spartans fall in the regular season finale at Maryland in heart-breaking fashion! Al opens up the show by commenting on the three-pointer from Junior Melo Trimble that sent shockwaves throughout East Lansing. We then attack the question, whether or nor the Spartans deserve to be in the NCAA Tournament.

Scott Pohl of WKAR's "Current State" then joins us on the show to bring a feature on eGAmes to "Current Sports." Does the new spectator "sport" have a future in the world of sports broadcasting?

Rob Smith, head coach of the East Lansing girl's basketball team, then joins Al on the air. Smith recounts the district championship win on Friday night over DeWitt! That, and more, on this jam-packed hour!
