Le'Veon Bell Franchise Tag; NFL; Pittsburgh Steelers; Kirk Cousin; Free Agency; Zachary Swiecicki; NFL Combine; Michigan State Women's Basketball

On today's "Current Sports with Al Martin" we first hit you with convo centered on former MSU running back Le'Veon Bell getting hit with another franchise tag from the NFL's Pittsburgh Steelers. Does Bell deserve a long-term deal? Al dissects why the position of running back hurts the case of Bell, as well as his troubled past. We also get a pretty comical comparison to Al's love life as well as a "hamster" reference during this opening monologue. A must-listen! Al also invites two callers to weigh-in and give their thoughts on the NFL free agency predicament of former Spartans quarterback Kirk Cousins and the Detroit Lions.

We close out the show by inviting IMPACT Sports beat reporter Zachary Swiecicki to talk of what it was like covering the NFL Combine in Indiana, as well as the Big Ten women's basketball tournament. Swiecicki highlights his most memorable performances from the combine, while also predicting what will happen for Suzy Merchant's Spartans come postseason time.

That, and more, throughout this hour!
