The Trump White House is signaling a new war on drug cartels. On Monday, the president released video of what the administration says was a strike on a drug-running boat off the coast of Venezuela. Nick Schifrin takes a closer look at what happened and at the administration’s case for both the policy and the legality of this renewed focus on drug trafficking.
