This workshop is a 6-week community diabetes education program to help individuals learn the tools and techniques needed for day-to-day management.

Avoid the mess at home and come to the library to decorate a pumpkin. We will have a limited supply of pie size pumpkins and everything you need to decorate or carve one.

The infamous Dr. I Ball is back at The Okemos Coffee Shop, and this year he brought his horrible horde of interdimensional travelers along with him.

Together they've built a 9 hole haunted putt putt course right inside the shop - a limited time art installation that you can play! It runs October 4th through November 8th, with a few extra special event nights mixed in.

Come putt putt, drink coffee, and get spooky!

Advance tickets are $12 a person, or 4 for $40. At the door tickets are $15 per person or 4 for $45.

A symphonic journey from the Shire to Mordor.

Journey to Middle-earth as the Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra brings Howard Shore’s unforgettable Lord of the Rings soundtrack to life at Hill Auditorium along with mezzo-soprano Kaitlyn Lusk and the U-M Men’s and Women’s Glee Clubs.

The score for The Lord of the Rings film trilogy has been hailed as some of the greatest film music ever written. Sweeping in scope, it is a musical interpretation of J.R.R. Tolkien’s Middle-earth — an operatic tapestry of cultures, histories, languages and people.

Please note this performance does not include film projections.
