News Wrap: Puerto Rico's power largely restored after outage

In our news wrap Wednesday, power in Puerto Rico has been restored after an island-wide outage struck on New Year's Eve, one person is dead after a Tesla truck caught fire and exploded outside a Trump hotel in Las Vegas, Israeli air strikes killed at least a dozen Palestinians in Gaza and Ukraine is halting the flow of Russian gas through its pipeline network to European customers.
